VOYAGER'S COMMITMENT TO DEIB

In Voyager Consulting, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) serve as a bedrock for our organization's values. VOYAGER SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

At Voyager Consulting, we understand it can be difficult to dedicate countless hours of unpaid work. As such, we have established two scholarships meant to make Voyager more accessible to all students. The scholarships are open to any Voyager Consulting member.

Voyager Scholarship

We recognize that Voyager can be a time-intensive commitment and that this might serve as a barrier for many students from joining us. The Voyager Scholarship is a need-based scholarship designed to directly combat this and ensure that our organization remains accessible to students regardless of their socioeconomic background.

Community Scholarship

Our members are actively involved in other campus organizations and involvements beyond campus. Through this scholarship, Voyager seeks to financially support its members in pursuing passion projects and giving back to their communities.

IMPACT PROJECTS

Each semester, Voyager Consulting chooses a project based on the positive impact that it will have. This initiative has allowed us to work with nonprofit organizations and corporations to conduct research and develop strategic recommendations to increase their outreach, as well as providing members with the opportunity to give back to the larger community.

Habitat for Humanity

Through our project with Habitat for Humanity, we researched and analyzed various countries around the world to plan and develop recommendations for Habitat's global expansion. The team ultimately gave in depth research for HFHI to develop their expansion plans

Mastercard

The Mastercard project dove into the company’s Community Pass Platform — an initiative that delivers digital identity management and multi-wallet services to underserved communities. The team made marketing/documentation recommendations and built the basis for two reliant apps.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Community involvement is central to what we do outside client work. Members volunteer with organizations like the Berkeley Project, taking part in community service events throughout the year. It's one of the ways we stay connected to the community that shapes who we are.

DEI Team

We strongly value Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in Voyager. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our DEI team.
